I have been associated with this apartment complex for some time and have never had the first problem. Ms. Bruton is a fair landlord and usually takes care of maintenance issues before I even there are any. Her only requirement, other than rent payments on time, is that we uphold our end of our lease requirements and keep this a safe place to live. I would strongly recommend it to anyone.

Great for starting out
These apartment are great. I need something to stay in while I was going through somethings in my life. The owner works well with everyone in hard time. I would recommend these apartments to anyone starting over in life.
