Eric Hall MS, MSW, LCSW, LCAS Owner of Creative Minds Healthcare, PLLC welcome: I am board certified Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist (LCAS) in North Carolina. I obtained my Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California (USC). In addition, I have a Bachelor and Master Degree in Criminal Justice from Fayetteville State University (FSU). I'm on the National Association for Social Workers (NASW) board and the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT). I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults through Enhanced and Outpatient Services. I specialize in: Diagnostic Assessment, Comprehensive Clinical Assessment, Substance Abuse Assessment, Mental Health treatment, individual therapy, group therapy, play therapy, Military Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling and Educational Counseling.
